Business Transactions
At Pride Law Office, our Business Transaction practice
provides services ranging from the formation and of
new business ventures to joint ventures between existing
businesses. We represent clients in traditional industrial,
service and financial sectors, family businesses and
technology firms. We also assist banks and financial
institutions with a variety of legal and business issues,
such as reviewing proposed transactions to ensure compliance
with relevant laws and regulations, or assisting in
documenting commercial loans.

Government Relations
As experienced lobbyists, we at Pride Law Office know
that the most persuasive lobbyist is the client. For
this reason, our Government Relations practice focused
on providing our clients with the tools necessary to
present their positions in a compelling manner. In addition
to traditional lobbying, we work with our clients to
develop a strategy, prepare the written materials necessary
to present the clients position, and work with
our clients to implement the strategy. When similar
interests arise, we also attempt to establish coalitions
with our clients, other groups and government officials,
allowing for broadened perspective and support.
Please contact one of our
offices for more information.
